Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Implement service plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring that all aspects of care are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be drug-free (pre-employment and random screening may apply)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance (for travel roles)
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Negative TB test results or chest x-ray within past year (or willingness to test)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to follow service plans accurately and provide direct support as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and appropriate client bounderies.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers for the following roles in Indiana:

These roles are provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities and are vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to caregiving and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and stamina, including:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Lifting, transferring, and positioning clients with or without assistive devices (up to 50 pounds).
- Assisting clients with mobility, including pushing wheelchairs and supporting ambulation.
- Repetitive use of hands for tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Fine motor skills for handling small objects (e.g., grooming tools, medications, utensils).
- Ability to perform CPR and emergency procedures if certified and necessary.
- Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to observe client conditions, read written instructions, and communicate clearly.
Environmental Conditions
Work is performed primarily in private homes, which may include:
- Varying levels of cleanliness, lighting, temperature, and air quality.
- Presence of pets, tobacco smoke, or allergens.
- Limited space and nonstandard furniture or fixtures.
Possible exposure to:
- Infectious diseases or bodily fluids while providing personal care.
- Cleaning agents and household chemicals.
